Frequently Asked Questions
The minimum is 2 hours. To better enjoy the river and coast (such as Cascais), we recommend between 4 to 9 hours.
Crew: Dedicated Skipper and Sailor. Catering: Welcome drinks and light snacks. Extras: We can arrange lunches or dinners upon request.
Bad weather: Rescheduling or full refund if it's not safe to sail. Cancellation by client: Full refund up to 48 hours before boarding.
Essentials: sunscreen (SPF 30+), sunglasses, hat, comfortable clothing (layers recommended), non-slip shoes (no heels), camera or phone for photos. Optional: light jacket (it can be breezy on the water), swimwear for swimming stops. We provide: life jackets (all sizes), safety equipment, welcome drink, snacks, towels, and bathroom facilities.
Your safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions are questionable. If we need to cancel due to high winds, storms, or rough seas, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule to any available date at no charge.
